As rare as hen’s teeth

Niall spotted a 4x4 truck at our Hamilton branch, the kind he describes as “literally like hen’s teeth to find”. A chat with Todd from our Used Vehicles team led to a closer look and quickly after that the purchase was made. “We were over the moon about what we’d actually bought from them.”

A finish beyond expectations

When Private Powerline Services decided to repaint the truck, Niall discovered our Hamilton refurbishment centre could take care of it. Our refurb team painted the cab, underbody and deck. The result came out so well that they decided to have the crane painted too. “The finish on both the crane and the truck is levels above what we were expecting.”

Keeping Niall in the picture

Throughout the refurbishment, our team shared photos and updates on the work and delivery timing. “We had great communication all the way through with photos, how it was done, when it was gonna be delivered.” For Niall, that involvement made a difference. “The team are literally in the project with you.”
