Driving Change Together: Kimberly-Clark Launches First Electric Truck with TR Group and Partners
We’re proud to announce the launch of Kimberly-Clark Australia’s (KCA) first electric truck, delivered in partnership with TR Group, Volvo Group Australia, Brisbane Transport, and Ofload—a major step forward in the transition to sustainable freight.
This milestone marks the first electric truck in KCA’s fleet and underscores their commitment to reducing emissions.
“We’re proud to be working with partners like Ofload, TR Group, and VGA to lower our emissions. This project is a great example of what’s possible when we share a vision for a greener future,” said Jessica Renton, Head of Supply Chain ANZ at KCA.
TR Group worked closely with Ofload and Brisbane Transport to plan routes, assess charging infrastructure, and optimise costs—ensuring the truck is road-ready and efficient from day one.
“Helping fleets switch to zero-emission trucks is what we’re here for,” said Rick Halliwell, National Sales Manager, TR Group Australia. “This project proves electric trucks are ready for real operations—today.”
We’re excited to help more fleets embrace electric and drive real change across the transport sector.
