Are you someone who is passionate about ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience? TR Group is in search of a Sales and Account Manager who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships. Your role will focus on maintaining and enhancing our existing customer relationships and seeking opportunities for growth while approaching your responsibilities with professionalism, customer satisfaction and a hunger for success.

About the role:

  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prioritizing professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to understand the unique needs of our customers' heavy commercial vehicle fleets and ensure that their expectations are consistently met.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve and expand our services, always with an emphasis on adding value to our customers and prospects alike.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential new customers in your region, aligning to our values-based approach to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Emphasize a partnership-based approach to maintain and grow returns for both TR Group while focusing on delivering great outcomes our customers.

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in sales and account management, with a commitment to an excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • A strong understanding of the needs of heavy commercial vehicle fleets and the ability to simplify .
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding targets and delivering great results for both TR Group and our customers.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a team for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • A values-driven approach to sales and customer service, with professionalism and customer satisfaction at the forefront.
