Driver Training Online Sales & Account Manager

TR Driver Training and DT Driver Training are the preferred training providers for thousands of new and experienced drivers and machine operators every month, in some of the biggest companies and organisations in New Zealand, including the NZ Defence Force, NZ Post, Foodstuffs, Bunnings, Z Energy and more.
We’re experiencing rapid growth, so we’re looking for a person who loves to build relationships and help our clients improve their training outcomes. You’ll be part of a team of 320 people, including 20 driving instructors, who help people get the most out of their vehicles and machinery.
This role is extremely diverse and will suit someone that values innovation, agile thinking and wants a role where they can bring ideas. It will be a mixture of prospecting and account management, primarily over phone and email, but with occasional client visits. Our client base includes all companies and organisations that have people that use vehicles, so there’s a lot of scope!
What are the main skills required in your role?
· Maintain and develop client relationships
· Follow up leads and prospect new clients
· Contribute to intelligence around new product development and market analysis
· Set up demos and product demonstrations (face-to-face and online)
· Sell solutions
· Generate quotes and proposals
· Help support and onboard clients
What qualifications do you need?
No specific qualifications are required, but you need to show a real aptitude for this type of work and be a self-starter able to work autonomously. We’ll give you training in our products and services, but ideally, you’ll:
· be able to quickly build trust and rapport with clients
· be technically savvy
· be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
· have an excellent grasp of written and spoken English.
What are the work hours?
Full-time flexible - start between 7:30 and 8:30.
Where will you work?
You’ll be working from our modern, comfortable Penrose, Auckland office, There’s an on-site gym, flash coffee machine, free parking, free fruit, a reserve opposite the road and it’s 5 minutes’ drive from Sylvia Park.
