We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Software Developer to join our IT team. If you're passionate about creating high-quality, user-friendly applications and enjoy mentoring others, this could be the role for you!

The Senior Front-End Software Developer is responsible for delivering front-end web development across our internally built systems. Working closely with the software development team, this role integrates with APIs, databases, and Azure-based services, using a modern tech stack centered around React, .NET, and TypeScript.

We’re looking for someone with around 3+ years of progressively responsible coding experience who enjoys collaborating and a passion for solving complex problems to enhance user experience. This role helps shape our design standards, optimizes application performance, and contributes to technical reviews and product planning.

About the role:

• Work with the software development team to deliver a quality user experience across internally developed applications.
• Develop and maintain design standards in collaboration with the technology team. 
• Contribute to product planning through design input and technical reviews. 
• Redesign and refactor existing applications to add features, improve performance, and simplify code.
• Provide technical input to IT and support front-end development needs. 
• Work across a modern tech stack, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. 
• Plan, execute, and track key projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. 
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues to minimize business disruptions. 
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement. 
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• This role is mainly office based, with the option to work from home 1–2 days a week once you’ve settled in. We value in-person collaboration and a strong team dynamic.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in React, TypeScript, and integrating with REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud deployment (Azure).
• Experience with Atlassian platforms, DevExpress, Git, JSON, Tailwind CSS and docker
• A strong eye and appreciation for UI/UX design and product usability
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A sincere and proactive approach to mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and team collaboration.
• Have an interest and ability to learn other coding languages, technologies, as needed.
• Have a strong work ethic, with a focus on continual improvement of our environment, your team, and yourself.
