An exciting opportunity has come up to join TR Group as a refinisher/spray painter in our Penrose Branch. Our Refinishing team is getting busier and busier and as a result we need to add another experienced Truck Painter to help in our workshop.

Now for a little bit about you: You will come to us with experience under your belt working in a refinishing role and hold your qualification in Spray Painting. You will have an exceptional work ethic and truly believe your work is a piece of art. You'll love getting stuck into a job, helping where you can and be a stickler for detail. You will believe strongly that team work makes the dream work and prefer to work in an environment where everyone pitches in to get things done.

Some large parts of the role include:

• Repainting vehicles from our fleet that are now for sale
• Repair damaged rental vehicles ready for hire
• Paint new vehicles into fleet colours
• Paint vehicles changing their purpose in the lease fleet
• Painting company vehicles
• Sharing your experience with our apprentices
• Helping us to be as efficient and accurate as we can be

The wage for this role will be depending on skills and experience and is a 40 hour per week position.

The position will be based in our Auckland branch with a great bunch of likeminded team members just a stone’s throw away from Sylvia Park.
