Since 1992 we have come a long way from a one-man-band to the team of 200 we are today across NZ and Australia.

We are looking for a new team member to join our current training administration team of 5.

The role has two key functions:

1. Training coordination and account management - The responsibility for our key Account management as well as two of our smaller volume regional training coordination.
2. Management and technical support - General and technical support to the Operations and Administration Manager.

We are looking for someone with experience around;
• Customer Service – customers sing you praise, you have an outstanding reputation for being the one people want to deal with.
• Mega organisational skills – you will be responsible for more than just your own calendar – try adding 2 or 3 more!
• Quality assurance – you are diligent in checking and checking again, nothing slips past you.
• Ability to lead and influence – you don’t need to be “the boss” but you naturally lead people.

This may feel particular, but that’s on purpose because we are looking for someone in particular!
