We are looking for a new team member to join our refurbishment team as a Maintenance & Refurbishment Technician in our workshop in Auckland.
To be successful in the role, you will come to us with an understanding of heavy vehicles, and a year or two under your belt working on heavy gear. You will love getting stuck into a job, helping where you can and learning on the go. You will come with at least a Class 2 licence, with preference for applicants that already hold a Class 4 licence as part of the duties will involve moving vehicles around the yard.
About the role:
- Repairing minor damage on vehicles from rental fleet
- Grooming and cleaning vehicles
- Steam cleaning chassis and drivelines
- Replacing damaged or missing cab/body parts
- Light maintenance to be performed directly by yourself (e.g. replacing guards, changing bulbs, light lenses, and general basic maintenance etc)
- Helping move vehicles around the yard
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Enjoy working outside.
In this role you would preferably have a year or two of past experience in the transport industry, a passion for providing a solution and love to be around people. We're after people that are positive and highly motivated with loads of energy.

Our hours for this role are 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
